Hi everyone!
Well this is a surprise isn’t it?? Me writing again so soon!
At last life is not quite so frantic!
We only have one Songbirds show left for the year and an acoustic show of my own at Riverstone in Sydney. Then it’s just 2 Christmas carols and the holidays start!! Woohoo!!
Today I am organising the Songbirds Christmas party.
We have invited all the boys and their partners and kids to our house for a shin dig!! Should be fun!! Bit of table tennis and some music mixed with yummy food and drinks! I am really looking forward to it.
The girls and I just wanted to let the boys know how much we appreciate them!!
I broke our family tradition this year and put our Christmas tree up early!
It’s been up for a week now and it’s bringing our little boy such joy!
I figured why not! He’s 4 and loves it so much!!!
I love Christmas time!!!!
Next week Rod and I are playing at Jacksons pre school Christmas concert!
I can’t wait!! He has been singing his songs and doing the little dances that go with the songs for us! I will be in tears no doubt!!!
I have to go out and buy him a plain red t shirt today because they are all wearing red, green and white with little Xmas hats!
How cute.
Anyway, I haven’t done any Christmas shopping at all yet (well unless you count that I bought some chocolate covered macadamias the other day!) so today I am going to make a start!!
It’s a bit overwhelming isn’t it?
I will just take it one step at a time and relax when people start fighting over car spaces in the car park!!!
This year I really want to focus less on presents (except for the kids!) and more on just spending quality time with the ones we love!
Ahhh can’t wait!!

Hi everyone!
Sorry it’s been so long….
You know me, distant relative of Wilma Flintstone!!! Couldn’t get the computer to type for some reason…..anyway, here I am.
I have been out all over Australia touring with the Songbirds.
We really love it! The crowds have been great and the girls and I have really been enjoying the shows.
Great to meet lots of you out there who read my letters.
Been lots of hilarious moments on stage but the winner of the tour for me was when Beccy (Cole) and Sara (Storer) come out with a bottle of wine and 3 glasses during my song “Girls Night Out”. I was singing away and swung my arms out wide and spilt a whole full glass of wine down Beccys top!!! And it was right before she comes on for her part of the show, so she couldn’t go backstage and change!!! I couldn’t even sing for laughing!! The best bit was it was her birthday!!! Ah!!! I love her so much!!! We have been friends for so long and we just get on famously!!!
She doesn’t even mind that I spilt wine down her top!!!
Sara is the most beautiful person too. It really has been lovely to spend so much time with these two wonderful girls.
My new video clip is almost due to hit CMC so watch out for it!
I can’t believe Christmas is almost here!! I am nowhere near ready!! Though Jackson does want to put up the tree every day! I think I may give in and break our tradition of the 1st of December ! (I guess you’re only little once and we might as well make the most of the Christmas magic!!)
This week we are doing the shoot for the Womens Weekly with the Songbirds. Pretty sure it will be out in January so watch out for that one!!
Anyway, gotta go, so until next time!!
