Hi everyone!!

Feels like a very long time since I have written!!

I guess you may have read my last few blogs and know that I am really enjoying some down time.

It has been lovely this year to mainly focus on being a Mum to our beautiful little boy, Jackson and enjoying being Rod’s wife.

We have loved being at home most weekends and just relaxing as a family.

Our life is so wonderfully simple at the moment and we are all really cherishing this time and each other.

I have done a few shows with my Songbirds!! We have been to Deniliquin (where Sara announced to the world that she is pregnant!!) Wonderful news!!! A baby bird on the way!!

We also performed in Townsville and more recently up in Hamilton Island. (We did a corporate event with Guy Sebastian. Wow can he sing!!!)

It was lovely for Rod and I to go back to Hamilton Island where we had so many wonderful memories from a family holiday we took there!!!

Rod has been really busy as always. Making many albums (Troy Cassar-Daley is in our studio at the moment!!) also doing work for our local country music radio station and the CMAA.

Of course we are all looking forward to the 2009 Tamworth Country Music Festival! Can’t believe we are already booking accommodation and bands and shows!!!!

I am doing the opening concert on the first Friday night in the park, a Songbirds show on the last Thursday at TREC, the Fender Super Jam and of course my fundraising walk for the Leukemia Foundation!!

Not to mention our morning tea for the fan club!!!!
Should be fun and I hope to see lots of you there!!!

I can’t believe we should be Christmas shopping already!!
I am disorganized as usual!!!

Anyway, I hope this letter finds you well and happy!!!!
