Hi everyone!
I hope this letter finds you well.
I have been very well and just really enjoying life!
Touring with the Songbirds is fabulous!! We are doing sellout shows and just loving our time spent together.
If you’ve already seen the show, you really should come again! Sara, Beccy and I spent hours in Canberra recently having a very long lunch. (ok there was a bit of wine involved) and we decided to change things around a bit.
We’ve added a new fun bit where we each sing the first song we ever heard the other sing and then talk about the first song that really turned us on to wanting to become country singers. We drag out the old songs and it’s so fun to be doing something so new and different after touring for a couple of years together.
Of course gorgeous little Harry, (Sara’s baby boy) comes on the road with us and he is a real little trouper!!
We all cluck like crazy over him and backstage is now filled with makeup, clothes, a pram and bare boobs!!! (Not Beccy and me!!!)
The girls and I were on Saturday Night Country last week with Amber Lawrence.
She was a fantastic interviewer and she’s such a lovely girl too!
We really enjoyed her interview. (Great questions!!! Different to some of the same old regular things we often get asked!!)
Amber has a fantastic album due out soon.
You really should check it out.
I think you’ll really love her and I really believe Amber is one of the great new talents who works so hard, she desserves all of our support.

On the home front, I am still a soccer mum and wife on Saturdays when I’m not touring. I love it so much!! Our little boy is quite the player!! And I am very proud!! (as you know!!)
Rod is playing really well too and constantly has a bet with Jackson to get more goals, but Rod always loses!!!
I learnt this week that if I have a gig on locally and I still go to the soccer games, I should not yell out quite so loudly from the side line!!
I get so excited!! I cheer and cheer!!!
Well as I write this to you now, I have no voice left!!!
Made it through Saturday nights show at Campbelltown in Sydney, but now there’s a lot of silence and raspy whispers!!!
Oh well, lucky for me I have a few wonderful weeks off and don’t need to worry about my voice!
Rod has been busy recording Adam Harveys new album.
I’ve just spent the last few days in Sydney with my beautiful husband hanging out, going to some beautiful restaurants in China Town and listening to some of Adams album.
It sounds amazing!! You are gonna love it! I won’t give too much away but keep an eye out for it.
As a family, we are all getting very excited because it’s only a few weeks now until we go to Fiji for a holiday!! We all can’t wait!!
I’ve already started packing!!
